Holidays
Holiday Rental: Any holiday falling on a Monday through Thursday and Friday through Sunday are assessed at holiday rate instead of weekend rate where applicable. Days before or after a holiday may also apply. Call for Pricing. View a list of Holidays.
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date at the time of booking and will be retuned 1 week after your event if no damage is assessed. Your event space rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to your rental period or at signing of contract whichever is earlier. Please check our available dates to secure your event.
